You have tried to address it in pieces. A change to how you eat. A push to sleep better. A promise to be calmer. Each one helps for a while, then slips.
I understand, and I can relate. I tried the standard advice too. The morning routines, the diet changes. None of it held, and I felt more and more depleted, because I had not built the foundation underneath it, and I was running too fast to stop and notice.
What I know now is that these are not separate problems with separate fixes. How you live, how you eat, how you think and how you carry what you feel. When one is depleted, the others cannot hold. That is why the work has to address all of it, together.
Working together builds the foundation that everything else rests on.

Six private sessions (90-120 minutes), at a pace that works around your life. Each session moves between the inner work (the beliefs and underlying patterns), and the practical (how you live, eat and move). Nothing is worked on in isolation.
One in-person session is available in the UK.

Weekday WhatsApp support, so you are never holding it alone between conversations. Reflective journaling prompts and mantras to keep the work moving.
Each Sunday you will also receive my weekly newsletter, which is a short, grounded read on lifestyle and the healing properties of food, written for the week ahead.

Most coaching works on one part of the picture. Mindset, or nutrition, or routine, in isolation. My belief is that true change only holds when the body, the mind and the emotions are addressed together. So this isn't mindset coaching with some wellness attached, or a nutrition plan with a few conversations around it. It is one piece of work that moves across all of it, shaped entirely around you, your goals, your patterns and the life you are actually living. Nothing here is information you read and hope applies to you. It is built around your circumstances, with support that stays with you between our sessions.
A structured review of your daily routine, energy patterns, sleep, movement, eating habits, skincare, gut health, and the specific demands of your professional and personal life. It is not a medical tool. It is a practical baseline that ensures everything is built around your actual life rather than a generic template.
Following your personal consultation, we build a nutrition and skincare plan together, based on your energy levels, your eating patterns, and any challenges you are facing in those areas. The products are vegan-certified, gluten free, GMO free, and botanically based.
Moving coaching sessions requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. Saying that, I appreciate that senior roles are demanding and commitments need to be honoured. I would only ask that you respect my time as much as I respect yours.
Each coaching session is 90–120 minutes, scheduled at an agreed time. The daily practices, which include a morning routine and daily journaling, take 20–30 minutes per day, built around your routine. These are not additions to an already full day, they replace the energy you are currently losing to an unmanaged one.
