Jackie is an ICF-trained business and personal coach through Barefoot Coaching, and holds a certificate in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching through Harvard Medical School. She spent over fifteen years as a trusted partner to C-Suite Executives across investment banking, government and financial services, which means she understands high-pressure professional environments from the inside, not just the side lines.

She has navigated burnout twice, built her own science-informed framework for recovery and resilience, and now works privately with senior professionals who are ready to build a different way of operating. Her approach is practical, evidence-led, and direct. She does not tell clients to slow down. She builds the system that makes high performance sustainable.

What is the wellness assessment?

A structured review of your daily routine, energy patterns, sleep, movement, eating habits, skincare, gut health, and the specific demands of your professional and personal life. Completed at the start and end of the programme. It is not a medical tool. It is a practical baseline that ensures everything in the programme is built around your actual life, and gives you a clear picture of what has changed.

How is this different from other support?

This programme is built around you: your goals, your schedule, and your life. You have a coach working with you step by step across six weeks, backed by a wellness assessment and a personalised lifestyle plan. All daily practices are science-informed. This is not information you read and hope applies to you. It is a practical system built specifically around your circumstances, with accountability built in throughout.

How much time does this require?

Each coaching session is 60–90 minutes, scheduled at an agreed time each week. The daily practices take 20–30 minutes per day. These are not additions to an already full day, they replace the energy you are currently losing to an unmanaged one.

What if the programme isn’t the right fit?

A 60% refund is available following your second coaching session, which means you will have completed your onboarding call and two coaching sessions before this applies. To request a refund you must have engaged with the daily practices during Weeks 1 and 2, and participated in a structured review call with Jackie to understand what has not worked. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your second coaching session.

I want to join the programme, but I have to travel for work. How flexible is the schedule?

This programme is bespoke and built around your needs, your capacity, and your goals. Coaching sessions can be planned around your work travel commitments provided 2 weeks notice is given, and you continue to include the daily practices in your routine.
